Relax Telecom Customer Complaints Code

This code sets out how to make a complaint and your rights to refer a dispute to an independent ombudsman.

If you are not happy with our service and would like to make a complaint, please contact us by calling our free phone number 03339 889 888.

Our aim is to resolve all complaints on your initial contact, but if we cannot, we will escalate your complaint to a senior customer service manager. We will then aim to resolve your complaint within one week of your initial contact. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you and provide weekly updates on the progress.

If after eight weeks we still have not resolved the complaint, you can refer the issue to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution service, provided by Ombudsman Services Communications, who will investigate your complaint free of charge.
